The Pioneer cabin features a generous 6'x16' gabled porch that can be centered or placed on the left or right on the front wall. Watch the sun rise or set from the comfort of your secure cabin. The Pioneer cabin is available in 22, 24, and 26 lengths and up to 48 feet long.

Your cabin can be constructed in one of two ways: as a "Recreational Cabin" or as a "Certified Modular Home". The appearance of the two is nearly identical, as the main difference when upgrading to a certified home is increased insulation values and additional engineering and paperwork.

Our recreational cabins are constructed with your weekend stay in mind. Check with your local township for their code requirements. These cabins do not have a modular label on them, since this is often not needed if the cabin will not be a primary residence. Many areas have special exemptions for this type of use, allowing a few deviations from residential specs which in turn allows us to keep your cost lower. Please keep in mind that not all areas have special exemptions, so if a modular label is required please request our "Certified Modular Home" information.
