The Base | |

Each barn is built on pressure treated lumber skids. These runners allow the building to be moved more easily and keep it off the ground. It is recommended having the mini barns sitting on a gravel bed (owner supplied).
The floor is of 5/8" plywood (not 1/2" ) or water resistant AdvanTech®- your choice!. Floors can also be made with pressure treated plywood as an option. This would be desirable for barns used for animals.

| Siding |
|
 Duratemp ® is the siding used on Hill View Mini Barns. It has properties superior to the T1-11 that is commonly used on many other buildings. Duratemp ® has the look of natural rough sawn cedar. It is a genuine plywood product with a 100% clear face that is free of patches and repairs. The Duratemp ® product carries a 25 year guarantee. Siding and trim are finished off with latex paint using the same color or an accent color- your choice! Eleven paint colors are in stock, or feel free to contact us about any other colors you're interested in .

The roof is shingled with a 30 yr. architectural shingle- standard on all new storage buildings! In-stock colors are cedar, brown, black, and gray. Roofs can be vented for heat and moisture. We can also install metal roofing that comes in a variety of colors.
Some Available Options
After choosing from the many sizes and styles that are available at Hill View Mini Barns, you can add on other options. It's just like getting a custom storage building! Here's a partial list.
