Q: How will my storage shed or barn be delivered?

Please follow these recommended specifications:

1. A bed of 4" or more 3/4" crushed stone, or other porous gravel is required for all sheds over 8' wide.
2. Gravel base is to be 2 feet larger than the shed size. Example: 10x12 shed requires 12x14 base. (see diagram below)
3. Sheds 8' wide or less can be set on blocks (provided by customer) but a gravel base is preferred.
4. Using a straight edge or line level, make sure the gravel base is flat, not racked or twisted.

A: The barns come to your building site pre-built and painted on the outside. We deliver with one of our specially built trailers. The bed of the trailer tilts and has side adjustments so that the building can be placed presicely where you want it. After backing up to the slab or gravel base, the trailer is tilted until the back of the shed touches the ground. The driver then carefully drives the trailer out from under the shed.

We need sufficient space to get in to the site. Please have at least two feet more than the building width and 14' in height cleared for a straight delivery- more if we need to take corners!

Since the trailer is made to have low clearance (for traveling over the road, we're limited as to how high we can place the building(on posts, for example). Please feel free to contact us if you have special requirements, and we'll be glad to answer your questions.
